Wastewater Treatment at a Seafood Processing Factory in Vietnam

Here is a very interesting paper by Luu Thai Danh, Le Thanh Phong, Le Viet Dung of the University of Can Tho, Can Tho City, Viet Nam  (email and Paul Truong - TVN Director and East Asia and South Pacific Representative, 23 Kimba St, Chapel Hill, Brisbane 4069, Australia (email) showing the experimental data and results of two trials treating the effluent from a seafood processing plant owned by CAFATEX in Vietnam.  The results are impressive and confirm the ability of vetiver to reduce very significantly the levels of nitrogen and phosphate in wastewater.
